Every now and then, you make a photo that just makes you happy…
For me, this is one of those.
I’ve looked at these balloons repeatedly for the past hour, and apparently I’m physically unable to not smile when I see them.
The balloon salesman’s name is Moataz, he seems pretty smiley too. He just sat there, beaming at people in his sunbeam. Kids passed with hand rolled ice cream as beggars held out palms and shopkeepers hawked their wares to anything that moved. Moataz just smiled. After taking about eleventy thousand photos of him there, I finally put the camera down and couldn’t help but smile right back at him.
He’s the bright spot of my day, and I’m so glad to have met him!
